Children's Title: Clinical Director, Center for Children with Special Needs

    • Miguel Voorhees, NJ 11.13.13

I did my internship in Pediatrics at the Baltimore City Hospital in 1980. Back then Dr. Neff was the Chief of Pediatrics. He was one of the bests teachers I ever, and because his professionalism and his character, I looked at him as a role model. He did encourage me and others to be better and could see in us the potential of becoming good clinicians. I'm so happy to see he's doing well and still active. Miguel E. Martinez, MD
