Jeffrey B. Friedrich, MD

Dr. Friedrich is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Orthopedics and is a faculty member of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington. He is also a member of the Combined Hand Surgery service at the University of Washington. He completed plastic surgery training at the University of Washington, followed by a hand and microvascular surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. His specialty interests include pediatric congenital and traumatic hand and wrist problems and care of brachial plexus injuries. Dr. Friedrich is currently the residency director for the Plastic Surgery program at the UW, and is on the Board of Directors of the American Association for Hand Surgery. He is board certified in plastic surgery and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in surgery of the hand. He lives just a few blocks from Children’s hospital and spends as much time as possible with his wife and two children.
