Holly Romero, MD, is an attending physician at Seattle Children's Hospital in the Division of Hospital Medicine and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington. She has been the Section Manager for the Medical Hospitalists since April of 2011.
She earned her medical degree at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and completed her residency at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford. Dr. Romero is board certified through the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the AAP Section on Hospital Medicine.
Dr. Romero is a member of the Seattle Children's Hospital Sedation and Rapid Response committees. She participates in Clinical Standard Work as the owner of both the neonatal jaundice and the fluid management work. She spends the majority of her clinical time on the Medical Hospitalist service, but also enjoys attending on the resident teaching services.
