"I work on quality improvement and processes that aim to improve patient care. Many of these projects focus on patient safety but all seek to enhance the hospital experience of the families and children that are cared for in our clinics, in-patient units and operating rooms. Standardization is one of the keys to eliminating human error. I help surgical services achieve the goal of keeping children safe while striving to provide effective, cost-conscious, timely, family-friendly, patient-centered care."

My Son had severe CPAM in his right lung (when he was 3 days old) and that was spreading across and was pushing heart to left side wall and left lung also pushed a lot and it went to critical stage. I can not forget the moment Dr. Drugas called me in night 02:00 AM on 26th June and told me to operate on him ASAP to remove 2 lobes from his right lung and will try to save from the right lung as much as he could and he did his finest job and saved my son and now he is 4 months old and doing great.
