Alexander M. Hamling, MD, MBA is a pediatric hospitalist and clinical instructor at Seattle Children’s Hospital’s and in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington School Of Medicine. Hamling is also a pediatric hospitalist at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in Kirkland, Wash., and Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.
He obtained his MD degree from Temple University School of Medicine and his MBA in Healthcare Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Hamling completed his general pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medicine Center. His clinical interests include optimizing pathways to treat children with asthma; care for children with type 1 diabetes; and international medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section of Hospital Medicine and a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine.
