On staff since July 2016
Dr. Agne is a wonderful and amazing doctor. Our son Trevor was 6 years old in 2014 when he was diagnosed with Leukemia. Dr. Agne was the one who gave us the initial diagnosis. She was very compassionate and kind and always took extra time to answer all of our questions. She remained on his team during the 3 years of his chemo, radiation and bone marrow transplant treatments, providing excellent care and support. Whenever we had appointments with her, she always took time to engage Trevor directly, asking him how he was doing, what he was studying in school, etc. If we saw Dr. Agne in the Hem/Onc clinic or hospital hallways, she always took a moment to stop and talk with us. When we were in-patient for chemo treatments or low blood counts, she would oftentimes stop by his room to see how he was doing. We feel very fortunate and blessed to have had Dr. Agne as one of Trevor's primary providers during his Leukemia treatment at SCH.
Dr. Agne provided top notch care with compassion, kindness, and humor to our daughter. Her careful and thorough care happened at a time of great need for our family. She made a difficult situation more tolerable by being available and responding timely to questions and concerns that we had regarding our daughter. Our family consider her a blessing to our family and especially to our daughter. Our family can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for the time and support provided by Dr. Agne. Any family with the opportunity to interact with Dr. Agne should consider themselves fortunate to have such a caring and compassionate physician in their lives.
