Cuando los gérmenes entran en el cuerpo, pueden multiplicarse y provocar una infección. El sistema inmunológico del cuerpo combate los gérmenes con células especiales. Es posible que se desate una verdadera batalla contra los horrendos invasores, y no te sentirás mejor hasta que el cuerpo los derrote. En algunos casos, cuando te enfermas, se debe a que tienes algún tipo de infección. Si tu cuerpo tiene problemas para combatir la infección por sí solo, el médico te recetará medicamentos, como antibióticos, para ayudarlo. Por lo tanto, recuéstate, descansa y deja que tu cuerpo haga todo el trabajo.
