El desarrollo de su bebé

El bebé continúa estando activo y esos primeros movimientos suaves se han transformado en patadas y sacudones que pueden llegar a dejarla sin aire. Si nota una disminución en el movimiento del feto, cuente las patadas. Su bebé debe moverse, por lo menos, unas 10 veces por hora. Si su bebé hace menos de 10 movimientos, hable con su médico.

Su cuerpo

Durante el embarazo, es importante tomar hierro para reponer la provisión de glóbulos rojos. Debe comer , por lo menos, 30 miligramos de hierro por día. Dado que la deficiencia de hierro es algo común durante el embarazo, es posible que su médico le recomiende hacerse un análisis de sangre para controlar su nivel de hierro. Si es bajo, tendrá que tomar un suplemento de hierro.
