Mealtime Makeover: Grilled Cheese

|

By using whole-grain bread and reduced-fat cheese and by doing away with the frying, you'll make this favorite sandwich nutritious. Goes great with a glass of skim milk and some low-sodium tomato soup. And given that this is a no-stove required recipe, kids can make it on their own!
