for kids with cystic fibrosis (CF). Kids with CF often need to
consume additional calories to help them meet their nutritional
needs.
Smoothies are a great way to add extra calories and protein to
your child's diet.
Prep time:
10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. whole milk
- 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1 banana
- 1 1/4 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 c. lemon sherbet
- 2 tbsp. dry skim milk powder
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
