Whale Garage: Free valet parking is available for patients and families in the Whale 6 parking garage from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Drop your vehicle off at the Whale 6 driveway and receive a valet ticket from Children’s staff. When leaving, present your ticket to the staff at the valet booth on Whale 6 and your car will be brought to you.
Emergency Department: Free valet parking is available to Emergency Department patients and families from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Drop off your vehicle at the main driveway in front of the Emergency Department entrance. See the ED waiting room staff for assistance.
Children's Hospital provides free parking for visitors, patients and families. Most lots are open 24 hours a day. They are monitored by closed-circuit television.
For families and visitors going to patient rooms or the Wright Auditorium, please use the Giraffe parking garage, located across from the Giraffe entrance on Penny Lane. Follow signs to the Giraffe entrance. View campus map.
Emergency Department: When Emergency Department valet parking is not available, there is an additional parking in lot 4 across Penny Lane from the Emergency Department entrance.
All other families and visitors, please use the Whale parking garage. The three levels of the Whale garage are numbered to correspond with the hospital's floors 4, 5 and 6. All levels have direct access to the hospital. See patient, family and visitor entrance hours for more detail.

Security Services will provide escort service to any person wishing assistance to return to their vehicle in any parking lot. Call the hospital operator at (206) 987-2000 to request assistance.
Staffed by Greeters, daily 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Staffed by security all other hours.
All non-emergency patients, families and visitors wishing to enter the hospital after visiting hours can request entry from the security guard after 8 p.m.
An employee photo ID badge will open these entrances at any time.
Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All patients and families with emergencies should enter through the outside Emergency Department (ED) entrance, unless they are wearing an Emergency ID pass provided by the ED.
