Leadership

Nationally ranked among top U.S. medical schools, the UWSOM entering class size in 2008 is 216. All students do a six-week pediatric clerkship during their third year of training. This rotation occurs either in Seattle or at one of ten sites in the Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Idaho (WWAMI) region. For those students training in Seattle, three weeks are spent at Seattle Children’s Hospital and at an affiliated community outpatient clinic.
