DNA Banking

DNA banking allows DNA from patient to be stored so that future diagnostic studies can be performed. DNA is stored for a minimum of ten years. The DNA Bank will store the DNA, not analyze it; hence test results will not be available until DNA analysis is pursued. A DNA report is generated at the time of DNA banking, which lists the concentration and volume of DNA obtained from patient sample.
