Kids with Cancer: Courage & Hope, a KING 5 HealthLink Special

In August, KING 5, KONG 6/16 and NWCN will air a one-hour HealthLink special titled Kids with Cancer: Courage & Hope.
The special will take a look at the current state of pediatric cancers through new research, treatments and the experiences of several patients and families.
SCCA partner organizations’ roles in preventing, treating and curing childhood cancers will be highlighted throughout the special.
Kids with Cancer: Courage & Hope is set to air on the following dates:
- Monday, Aug. 7 at 8:00 p.m. on KING 5
- Tuesday, Aug. 8 at 8:00 p.m. on KONG 6/16
- Saturday, Aug. 12 at 8:00 p.m. on NWCN
SCCA is a sponsor of Cancer Free Washington, in partnership with KING 5 TV. The campaign aims to educate the public about new breakthroughs in cancer research and the importance of cancer prevention and early detection.
