WIC Approved Formula List

There are four important WIC formula changes that have been made as part of ongoing WIC efforts to reduce costs while still meeting the nutrition needs of the majority of children served.
For general information about the WIC program go to the WIC website. The site includes the complete list of approved formulas, as well as other WIC approved foods. This site also contains procedures for making and approving formula requests.
