Ellenbogen Elected President of Congress of Neurological Surgeons

Richard Ellenbogen, interim division chief of neurosurgery at Children’s, and chair of the department of neurosurgery at the UW School of Medicine, was elected the 2005-2006 president of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, an international organization dedicated to the advancement of neurosurgery world-wide.

Seattle Children's provides health care for the special needs of children regardless of race, sex, creed, ethnicity or disability. Financial assistance for medically necessary services is based on family income and hospital resources and is provided to children under age 21 whose primary residence is Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho.
