Pediatric Orthopedics Fellowship

Program Director

Vincent S. Mosca, MD

Program Overview

All subspecialty areas of pediatric orthopedics are represented by our large, diverse faculty, several of whom have international reputations for excellence. This is a clinical fellowship, with the expectation that at least one basic or clinical research project will be completed and submitted for publication by the end of the fellowship year. The fellow will have several weeks of direct, focused clinical mentorship with each of the full-time academic pediatric orthopedic surgeons. Pediatric hand experience is available by request. Fellows are invited to choose assignments based on their areas of interest and participate in a half-day-per-week fellows’ clinic. The Pediatric Orthopedics Fellowship has been offered at Children’s since the mid-1980s.
