Medical Staff Services

We help Children's Hospital medical and allied health professional staff obtain initial staff membership and hospital privileges.

We provide support for reappointments and requests for renewal of privileges. We assist physicians with temporary privileges and privilages regarding patients over age 21.

We also maintain the medical and allied health professional staff database.

Services Offered

Medical Staff Services provides support for:

• Credentialing and privileging processes for medical and allied health professional staff
• Medical staff leadership and semi-annual medical staff meetings
• The Medical Executive Committee, Joint Conference Committee, Bylaws Committee, Community Physician Forum and others as assigned
• The Morrisey credentialing database which includes MSOnet (online privilege verification system)

Children's provides health care for the special needs of children regardless of race, sex, creed, ethnicity or disability.
Financial assistance for medically necessary services is based on family income and hospital resources and is provided
to children under age 21 whose primary residence is Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho.
