Instructors for classes vary depending on class topic, however classes are typically lead by professionals who are experts on the class topic and share a passion for teaching adults with developmental disabilities. Instructors work side by side with Burnett Center staff to create and deliver unique curriculum tailored to meet the varying needs of the wide spectrum of adults we serve. We also welcome community members who want to work with adults with developmental disabilities to join our team. The Burnett Center’s skilled staff provides initial an ongoing training and assistance to help with our participant-focused service delivery model.

Please contact our program coordinator, Michael Willen, for more information on teaching at the Alyssa Burnett Center.
