Our Respiratory Therapy team diagnoses and cares for children who need help with breathing. This includes children who require equipment to support their lungs while they get treatment or heal and children who need therapies using special gases.
We also teach you and your family about your child's medicines and equipment, set up equipment that helps with breathing and provide ongoing support so that you can care for your child at home.
We offer services to all patients at Seattle Children's and work closely with our outpatient clinics and departments, including the Emergency Department, Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine, Rehabilitation Medicine, and the Newborn and Pediatric Intensive Care Units.
