Guest Services offers resources for a smooth arrival, stay and departure from Seattle Children’s. Our staff will partner with you to help make coming to the hospital less stressful. We are here to assist you with your plans so you can focus on your child's care.

Services We Provide

• Help finding housing while your child is a patient at Seattle Children’s.
• Transportation on our patient and family shuttle. We can take you to and from Sea-Tac or Boeing airport, the Greyhound bus station, Amtrak train station, Seattle ferry terminals or Ronald McDonald House.
• Information to help you prepare for your clinic visit, surgery or hospital stay.
• Give you directions to the hospital.
• Help finding your way around the hospital, including entrance hours and patient visiting hours.
• Connect you with services within the hospital.
• Tell you about amenities near the hospital.
• Connect you with your family back home through video teleconferencing (PDF)
• Packets of information for families coming from other regions
