* The craniosynostosis diagnoses included non-syndromic synostosis (286 patients), Crouzon syndrome (32 patients), undiagnosed syndromic cases (16 patients), Apert (13 patients), Pfeiffer syndrome (seven patients) and Saethre-Chotzen (six patients).
**Jaw and ear anomalies included in this chart included those without a diagnosed syndrome (130 patients), craniofacial microsomia (134 patients) and Treacher-Collins (nine patients).
