The Compliance Department ensures that all Seattle Children's employees understand healthcare laws and regulations. We instruct on how these laws affect our activities and how to apply them.
The corporate compliance program encourages and enhances the efforts of Children's employees and agents. It helps them function at the highest possible level of integrity.
Ethical behavior shields Children's and its employees from potential liability under the complex laws and regulations that govern the activities of healthcare providers.
