Seattle Children’s is hosting it's 11th Annual Nursing Camp from June 24 through June 26, 2013 at Seattle Children’s Hospital. This camp introduces and exposes high school students to the registered nurse role in various clinical settings, and promotes nursing as an attractive career to students of color and those from low-income backgrounds in the Puget Sound area. To be eligible, you must be entering your junior or senior year of high school in fall 2013.
Applications are available here and will be accepted through April 4, 2013. Please be sure to fill out the forms entirely; incomplete applications and/or application materials received after the April 4, 2013 deadline will not be considered. Admission priority will be given to students from minority and/or low-income backgrounds in the Puget Sound area.
