What age ranges does this class cover?

The autism classes are designed for parent, teachers and caregivers. The topics associated with the majority of classes are applicable to all age ranges and for a wide variety of children diagnosed with autism. There are a few classes that are geared toward more specific groups. For instance, the “Transitions” class is focused on kids moving toward adulthood. It is helpful to look at the subject title to determine whether or not the class applies to your situation.

Who should attend?

The autism classes are designed for parent, teachers and caregivers. Children are strongly encouraged not to attend given the nature and format of the topics and the discussion. The autism classes give parents and caregivers practical skills when interacting with children with autism.

Does the class fee cover one or multiple people from the same family?

The fee covers one person per class. It is $10 per person. Each individual should register separately. Each class, including those within the Autism 200 series, is $10.
