    Free Bike Helmet Fitting and Giveaway

    The Kohl’s Helmet Safety Program at Seattle Children’s Hospital is hosting a free bike helmet fitting and giveaway on July 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Covington. Must be 1 to 18 years old to receive a helmet. Wearer must be present and fitted. Supplies are limited

    The Olympia Cares Guild Hosts the 9th Annual Olympia Pub Crawl

    The Olympia Pub Crawl is an annual charity pub crawl that includes a walking tour of bars and restaurants in Downtown Olympia. Participants help raise funds and awareness for the work of Seattle Children’s Hospital and support local businesses while having fun doing it! Proceeds will go to support childhood cancer clinical trials and the uncompensated care fund. Registration includes an Official Pub Crawl tTshirt, Kickoff Party and Last Call Party Admission, including Live Music from Big Blue Van, a high energy and fun rocking reggae band! Come join the fun as we celebrate the 9th year of the Olympia Pub Crawl. “A Party with a Purpose!”

    G1ve a Buck Childhood Cancer Awareness Day at Mariners vs. A’s Game

    Join the Mariners as they take on the Oakland A’s and childhood cancer. As a part of Major League Baseball’s Childhood Cancer Awareness Day, the Seattle Mariners have teamed up with G1ve a Buck Fund to strike out this deadly disease. This year’s fundraising event benefits Seattle Children’s Hospital Strong Against Cancer program, where ground-breaking immunotherapy research shows promise for kid-size cures that speed up treatment and reduce painful, life-limiting side effects so that survivors can lead long, healthy lives.

    The pregame event is at 5:10 p.m. in the Outside Corner near Section 330. Included with your ticket to the game is entry into an exclusive event with cash bar, co-branded shirt, food and a $5 (view level) or $8 (main level) donation to G1ve a Buck Fund.

    2017 Round the Rock

    The Round the Rock Race is the oldest and largest stand-up paddle (SUP) race in Washington state. This year, proceeds benefit Strong Against Cancer. You can donate directly or create your own fundraising page. If you raise $300 before September 8, you will be entitled to free race entry for this year’s event. Registration/check-in begins at 7 a.m.

    15th Annual Cure for Mito Auction and Dinner

    Join the Mitochondrial Research Guild for their annual auction and dinner. This year’s event will begin at 5 p.m. with cocktails and appetizers along with entertainment, a silent wine action and a variety of games and other ways to support the Mito Guild. Following the reception, please join us for the always amazing four-course dinner provided by Chef Bobby Moore and his team of talented chefs with accompanying wines provided by JM Cellars.     9th Annual Run of Hope Seattle

    Please join the Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Guild and the Four Seasons Hotel for a special day of events that brings together families and community to raise funds and awareness in support of pediatric brain tumor research at Seattle Children's Hospital. Participate in a fun 5K run or 3K walk around Seward Park, then stay for a post-race festival and raffle drawing. In eight years, the Run of Hope Seattle has raised over $3.4 million for pediatric brain tumor research at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
