Seattle Children's Research Institute Open House

Visit with leading scientists from Seattle Children's and get an inside look at the future of pediatric medicine and the newly established Research Champions Membership Program that supports the innovative research taking place every day.

Attendees will have the opportunity to register for two small group sessions on various topics, including Integrated Brain Research at CIBR with Dr. Nino Ramierz; Regenerating the Heart with Dr. Mark Majesky; Discovering a Single Test for the Autoimmune Disease Lupus with Dr. Anne Stevens; On the Hazards of a Technologized Infancy with Dr. Dimitri Christakis; Multi-drug Resistant Infections with Dr. Danielle Zerr; and Preventing Childhood Obesity with Dr. Leslie Lyle.

9th Annual Seattle Print Fair Reception

The Lenny Wilkens Foundation has teamed up with the Davidson Art Gallery to host a kick-off reception before the three-day Seattle Print Fair. Eleven galleries from around the U.S. will begin a national tour of prints at the Pioneer Square gallery. Admission to the Friday evening reception is $30-$50 per couple, plus 10% of Print Fair profits will benefit the Lenny Wilkens Foundation and Odessa Brown Children's Clinic. Hors d'oeuvres and wine will be served.

A 16-hour dance party to benefit uncompensated care. Dancers and volunteers must be Seattle University staff, faculty or students. However, visitors are welcome to attend and support participants. Presented by the Seattle University Dance Marathon Guild.

Join KISS 106.1 FM morning hosts Jackie and Bender for heartwarming and inspiring stories of Children's patients, families and staff, from Wednesday, February 24 at 6 a.m. through Thursday, February 25 at 7 p.m. The radiothon will broadcast from Seattle Children's.
