When it comes to sports safety for kids and student athletes, we often hear a lot about concussions, but injuries to the ACL are also common and worrisome. Leslie Rodriguez, an athletic trainer from the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team at Seattle Children's, offers some tips to help prevent ACL injuries.
