Friday is National Bike to Work Day. Some companies, like Seattle Children's Hospital, even offer their employees incentives to make it a year-round commitment, to save costs and promote healthy lifestyles. Seattle Children's Jen Malley and Dr. Brian Saelens discuss Seattle Children’s bike program and the benefits of biking to work.
